How PAM takes your emails and turns them into a shared calendar and smart tasks

What happens when I forward my event/task emails to PAM?

When you send things to PAM via email (text, image, PDF) PAM uses AI to make sense of the content.

From that she looks for event or task information she can add to your calendar.

PAM will create events and tasks based on the email you send her, and think of other steps you might need for those events/tasks (e.g. If you send her something about a birthday party, she will add a task to RSVP, and a task to buy a gift).

Creating Events or Tasks in the App

To create events or tasks directly in the App, click on plus icon in the dark purple circle.


Choose if what you are creating is an event or task.

Events:

You must enter:

  1. Event Title

  2. Start date, and Time

  3. End date, and Time

  4. All other fields are optional

  5. Click 'Create Event' button

Tasks:

You must enter:

  1. Task Title

  2. All other fields are optional

  3. Click 'Create Task' button

What's the difference between an Event and a Task?

Events are time bound, like a party, or doctors appointment

Tasks don't have a locked in time (like picking up dry-cleaning, or mowing the lawns).
