Email and other content you share to PAM as a user is:
- Stored in our servers (AWS) with encryption activated.
- We process the content using AI (Claude Anthropic), but none of the content is used to train AI models as per AWS' terms of service.
- Email content is visible to only people in your account when looking at the task or event that triggered the content creation.
- Email/and user other content you share is visible to our support team in case you have specific queries about your account.
- We do not share email content or your email address with anyone outside your account.
