These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PAM (Personal Admin Manager). By creating an account or accessing the app, you agree to these terms.

PAM is designed for families, and we do not impose age restrictions for account creation. However, it is recommended that those creating or managing accounts are capable of understanding these terms and managing shared family content.

To create an account, you need a valid email and password. Existing users may invite others to join their accounts, enabling shared access. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and should refrain from sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

You and any invited users are responsible for the content shared within your PAM account. PAM may use machine learning and AI services to help generate content for you based solely on the information you provide. Please avoid sharing private or sensitive data within the app, as you are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information submitted.

Your content is visible only to your account members and PAM support agents as needed for support. PAM reserves the right to review and remove any content deemed inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with our purpose of supporting family organization and reducing mental load.

PAM retains ownership of all app assets, branding, marketing materials, and software. However, you retain ownership of the content you create within the app. PAM will not use your content in marketing materials or share it with third parties without your consent.

PAM reserves the right to add, change, or remove features within the app at any time. If a change may have a material impact on your experience, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Content within your account remains within your account unless you choose to share it with others. PAM may change and enhance this content to enhance family support features but will not share it externally without your permission.

Currently, PAM offers a free tier with no cost to users. There are no paid tiers at this time, so there are no associated payment, refund, or cancellation policies.

PAM is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by users or misinterpretations by AI tools. We strive to provide reliable support and will address any errors brought to our attention.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, as PAM is based locally and operates in accordance with New Zealand’s legal framework.
