Welcome to PAM (Personal Admin Manager). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PAM app. By creating an account or accessing the app, you agree to these terms.
Who Can Use PAM?
PAM is designed for families, or individuals and we’re not designed to be used by business, organisations or professional services.
Accounts should be created and managed by individuals aged 16 or older.
If you are under 16, you may only use PAM with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
Families may invite younger members to shared accounts at their discretion, but the primary account holder is responsible for managing access and appropriate use.
Creating and Managing Your Account
To use PAM, you need a valid email and password.
Existing users may invite others to join their accounts, enabling shared access.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorized individuals.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
PAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, misuse, or inactivity exceeding 6 months.
User Responsibilities
You and invited users are responsible for all content shared in your PAM account.
PAM uses machine learning and AI services to help generate content based on your input.
Avoid sharing private or sensitive data; you are responsible for accuracy and appropriateness.
You agree not to submit content that violates laws or infringes third-party rights.

Permitted Use and Content Guidelines
Your content is visible only to your account members and PAM support agents as needed.
PAM may review and remove content that is inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the app’s purpose.
You agree not to use PAM for spam, harassment, or unlawful activities.
PAM may remove content or suspend access if misuse is detected.
Intellectual Property Rights
PAM owns all app assets, branding, marketing materials, and software.
You own the content you create within PAM.
PAM will not use your content for marketing or share it without your consent.
You have a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PAM for personal and family organization purposes according to these terms.
Modifications to the App
PAM may add, change, or remove features at any time.
We will try to notify you if changes significantly affect your experience.
The app may not always be available or error-free due to maintenance or improvements.
Content Use and Storage
Content in PAM remains within your account and is not shared with other accounts or services.
PAM may enhance content to improve family support features but will not share externally without permission.
Some features use automated tools or AI to improve functionality.
Content is never shared externally without your permission.

Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
PAM offers a free (My PAM) and paid (PAM Village) subscription options. Users in trial period experience all features of PAM Village for free for 2 weeks.
We may introduce new paid features or subscriptions in the future, with reasonable notice.
Users can cancel subscriptions anytime within the app.
Cancellations within 3 days of payment may be eligible for refund - requests must be made via [email protected] or help function within app.
Limitation of Liability
PAM provides the app "as is" without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Any network or data charges incurred while using the app are the user’s responsibility.
PAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Before legal action, parties will attempt informal negotiation or mediation.
