You’ve checked your PAM app under MY PAM > Push Notification Settings and confirmed these are enabled, but you’re still not receiving push notifications. This may be caused by your device’s notification settings. Follow the steps below depending on your device:
On iPhone (iOS):
Open Settings → scroll down and tap PAM.
Tap Notifications.
Turn on Allow Notifications and enable Alerts, Sounds, and Badges.
Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing notifications.
On Android:
Open Settings → Apps or Apps & notifications → PAM.
Tap Notifications and ensure they’re turned on for events and tasks.
Check Battery optimization / Power saving and allow PAM to run in the background.
