PAM works across your phone, tablet, computer and the web. There's no separate account to set up for each one: just sign in with your usual PAM login wherever you are, on as many devices as you like, and everything stays in sync.
Phones
iPhone (iOS 16.0 or later): Download on the App Store
Android phones: Get it on Google Play
Phones use PAM's single column layout with the bottom navigation bar, and stay in portrait.
Tablets
iPad (iPadOS 16.0 or later): Download on the App Store
Android tablets: Get it on Google Play
On a tablet PAM is no longer just a stretched phone app. You get the full tablet layout, with a side navigation bar instead of the bottom bar. On larger screens, or in landscape, you also get side by side views, so your calendar or task list sits on one side and the details on the other. Tablets rotate freely and work in iPad Split View alongside another app.
đĄ Got a spare tablet? You can mount it on the fridge or kitchen wall as an always on family display. See How to run PAM as a home display on iPad and Android.
Web browser
PAM runs in your browser at web.mypam.co, with nothing to install. This is the easiest way to use PAM on a Windows PC, a Linux machine or a Chromebook.
We recommend a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. On a wide screen you'll get PAM's multi pane layout, so you can see more of your week at once.
Mac
There are two ways to use PAM on a Mac:
In your browser at web.mypam.co, which works on any Mac.
As the iPad app. If you have a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 13.0 or later, you can install PAM straight from the Mac App Store and run it as a desktop app. Download on the App Store, then look under the "iPhone & iPad Apps" tab.
You can also message PAM through WhatsApp from any device, on PAM Family or during your trial.
Smart fridges, smart displays and Chromecast
If your fridge, smart display or TV has a web browser, open web.mypam.co on it and sign in. That's all you need, and PAM will adapt to whatever screen size it's given.
Bear in mind that these screens vary a lot. Samsung Family Hub fridges and LG's smart appliances each run their own operating system, and many of them don't include a browser you can point anywhere you like. If yours doesn't, or if the browser feels sluggish, the setup we'd recommend instead is a spare iPad or Android tablet mounted on the fridge or kitchen wall. It gives you the full PAM tablet layout on an always on screen. See How to run PAM as a home display on iPad and Android.
For Chromecast and smart TVs, PAM doesn't have its own cast button. If your phone or tablet supports full screen mirroring (AirPlay on iPhone and iPad, or screen cast on Android), you can mirror PAM to the TV that way, though it does tie up your device for as long as it's on screen.
If a dedicated fridge or display app is something you'd use, do let us know. It genuinely helps us decide what to build next.
Other devices
On anything else, including Windows and Linux computers, Apple Watch, Wear OS and Apple Vision Pro, head to web.mypam.co in a browser and sign in with your usual account.
Using more than one device
You can sign in to PAM on as many devices as you like with the same account. Your calendar, tasks and chat stay in sync across all of them, so you might add something on your phone and see it appear on the fridge tablet moments later.
