1. Promotion Overview
PAM is running a fundraiser promotion to support Miramar North School. For each qualifying new PAM account created via the school’s unique link, PAM will donate funds to the school, subject to the terms below.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on the date the school distributes its unique PAM link and closes on 30 April 2026 at 11:59 PM NZT.
Accounts created after this date will not be counted towards the fundraiser.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Participants must create their PAM account using the school’s unique referral link provided.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PAM may participate but will not be counted toward the fundraising totals.
4. How the Fundraiser Works
PAM will donate funds to the school based on the following qualifying account activity:
NZ$1 will be donated for each new PAM account created per household using the school’s unique link.
NZ$5 will be donated for each new paid PAM account created, provided that:
The subscription remains active and paid for at least two (2) months, and
The subscription is a minimum of NZ$7.50 per month or greater.
Only new accounts created during the promotion period will qualify.
5. Maximum Fundraising Amount
The maximum donation payable by PAM under this promotion is NZ$3,000, including the NZ$200 contribution donated by PAM.
Once the maximum amount is reached, PAM reserves the right to end the promotion early.
6. Sharing the Link
Participants may share the school’s unique link with friends, family, and their wider networks to help grow the fundraising total.
All qualifying accounts must be created through the school’s unique link to be counted.
7. Payment of Funds
PAM will provide payments to the school as follows:
The NZ$1 per qualifying new account donation will be paid within two (2) weeks after the promotion ends.
The NZ$5 per qualifying paid account donation will be paid two (2) months after the promotion ends, to allow time to confirm the subscription has remained active for the required two-month period.
Payments will be made directly to the participating school.
8. Abuse or Misuse
PAM reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion at any time if it believes the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or used in a way that was not intended.
Accounts suspected of fraudulent behaviour, duplicate accounts created by the same household, or other attempts to artificially inflate numbers may be excluded.
9. Data & Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with PAM’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering accounts and the promotion.
PAM will not share personal user data with the school.
10. Liability
PAM is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or circumstances outside its control that may affect the creation of accounts or tracking of referrals.
11. General
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
PAM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
All decisions made by PAM regarding the promotion are final.
