How you get a refund depends on where you paid for PAM Connect. Apple and Google handle payments made through their app stores, and we handle payments made on our website.
First: how did you pay?
Not sure? Check the receipt email you got when you paid, or look for the charge on your card statement:
Apple (iPhone or iPad): your receipt came from Apple, and the charge on your card shows as APPLE.COM/BILL. PAM is also listed on your iPhone under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Go to Apple.
Google Play (Android): your receipt came from Google Play, and the charge on your card shows as GOOGLE. PAM is also listed in the Play Store app under Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Go to Android.
Our website: you paid on the PAM website with your card, and your receipt came from PAM. Go to Paid on our website.
If you get PAM through your employer (PAM for Business), you haven't been charged, so there's nothing to refund. Talk to your employer or send us a message.
Good to know: cancelling your subscription stops future payments, but it doesn't refund you. If you want a refund, request one below and cancel so you aren't charged again.
Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Apple processes every App Store payment, so only Apple can refund them. We can't refund App Store payments ourselves, but you can request a refund from Apple in a few minutes:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to pay for PAM.
Tap I'd like to and choose Request a refund.
Choose your reason and tap Next.
Select the PAM subscription and tap Submit.
Apple decides on refund requests, usually within a couple of days, and emails you the result.
To stop future payments, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > PAM on your iPhone and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play)
You can request a refund from Google Play yourself:
Go to your Google Play order history and sign in with the Google account you used to pay for PAM.
Find the PAM payment and choose Request a refund (or Report a problem).
Follow the steps to send your request.
Google usually only refunds automatically if you ask soon after paying. If Google can't refund you, or the option isn't there, contact us and we'll look into it. Email [email protected] or send a message through the Help section in the PAM app, and include the Google Play order number from your receipt (it starts with GPA.).
To stop future payments, open the Play Store app, go to Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > PAM and tap Cancel subscription.
Paid on our website
If you paid on the PAM website, we process your refund ourselves:
Email us at [email protected]
or send a message through the Help section in the PAM app.Send your request from the account owner's email. You can check which email that is in the Settings section of the app.
Tell us the date and amount of the payment you'd like refunded.
We review refund requests case by case, in line with our Terms and Conditions. Cancellations within 3 days of payment may be eligible for a refund.
