Troubleshooting
I received an error message when I tried to connect. What should I do?
If you’ve tried to connect but received an error, you may need to remove PAM from your Google account and try again. To do this:
Go to Google Account Connections.
Search for PAM.
At the bottom of the page, click Delete all connections that you have with PAM and confirm.
Open the PAM app and start the connection process again — making sure to tick the checkbox in Step 6 so PAM can access your Google Calendar.
