How to send emails to PAM

Simply forward your emails to PAM to turn them into tasks, events, or reminders.

You can forward everyday emails straight to PAM, and PAM will turn them into calendar events or tasks so you don’t forget a thing.

This is PAM’s specialty, it’s where PAM can really saves your sanity 💜​​


Before You Start:

To send or forward emails to PAM, you must have:

  • An active PAM account

  • At least one linked email address

How to forward emails to PAM

Option 1: Forward the email

If you received an email you want to remember:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Tap Forward.

Option 2: Start a new email

  1. Open a new email draft.

  2. Type a message or attach an image or PDF.

  3. Send it to [email protected].

That’s it!

PAM will handle the rest – PAM will:

  • Match the email to your PAM account

  • Automatically process your email's content

  • Create calendar events and tasks – just like magic 🪄

Each item will have the PAM logo next to it, making it easy to spot what PAM created. The original email content will also be attached to the event or task for reference.


Types of emails PAM loves to help with:

You can forward:

  • School newsletters

  • Wedding invites, birthday invites or save-the-dates

  • Bills or rate notices

  • Sports club updates

  • Anything that needs to become an event or task

PAM can read:

  • Text in the email body

  • Images (e.g. flyers, screenshots)

  • PDF attachments

Make life easier by saving [email protected] in your phone contacts:

  1. Open the PAM app.

  2. Tap My PAM in the bottom menu.

  3. Tap the copy icon next to the "Forward [email protected]..." item

  4. Open your phone’s Contacts and create a new contact named PAM.

Now email forwarding is just a tap away!

Troubleshooting and common questions:

PAM didn't recognise my email?

You might be sending from an unregistered email address.

To fix this:

  1. Contact us at [email protected]

  2. We’ll add the additional email to your profile

  3. You’ll then be able to forward from that address

Why add multiple emails to your PAM account?

If you use different email addresses for work, personal, or family life, you can link all of them to your PAM account. That way, PAM can process emails from any inbox and keep your entire life organized in one place.
