Whether it’s your partner, a grandparent, nanny, or even the family dog 🐾 – PAM makes it easy to bring your village together in one place. Here’s how to invite them to your account.
How to add member(s) to your account
Open your PAM app.
Tap Settings in the bottom menu.
Tap My account + Invite family.
Tap Add someone.
Create their profile:
Add their name (required).
Choose if you would like to invite them to use the app or if they are a tag-only profile.
Choose a profile colour.
Tap Save changes.
What happens when I invite someone?
They’ll get an email invite to create their PAM account profile. They must use the email you added to be able to join your account.
Once accepted, they’ll be added to your PAM village.

What can my other members see?
They’ll have the same visibility into your PAM account as you do.
Coming soon: You’ll be able to assign different access levels directly within the app.

Is there a limit to how many members I can add?
Nope! Add anyone who helps your family – partners, grandparents, nannies, kids, best friends. PAM is built for real life. We get that it takes a village 💛
I can’t invite someone because they already have an account, or I added the wrong email. What should I do?
Please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll sort that out for you.
I can’t accept an invitation or I can’t see the details of the account that invited me. What should I do?

Can I remove someone from my PAM account?
Yes – just follow the instructions under How to remove village members.
