How to send images or screenshots to PAM

Share photos, screenshots, or PDFs with PAM. PAM will read the content and turn it into events or tasks.

Say goodbye to lost paper invites and forgotten flyers. You can send images, screenshots, or PDFs to PAM, and PAM will read the details and add them to your calendar or task list, just like magic 💜


How to share an image or screenshot with PAM

Option 1: In your PAM app

  1. Open the PAM app.

  2. Tap PAM in the bottom menu.

  3. Tap the Camera icon

  4. Tap Photo Library or Camera to upload or take a photo or screenshot.

Option 2: Send or forward via email

  1. Take a photo or screenshot.

  2. Open your email app.

  3. Attach the image or screenshot.

  4. Send it to [email protected] from your linked email address.

Option 3: Share from your mobile's photo app

  1. Open your Photos app.

  2. Tap the Share icon.

  3. Select the PAM app (see how to make PAM a share favourite)

  4. The PAM app will open and ask if there’s anything else you’d like to include.

Option 4: Send via WhatsApp

  1. Take a photo or screenshot.

  2. Open your WhatsApp app.

  3. Open your direct message with PAM (Personal Admin Manager).

  4. Attach the image or screenshot and tap Send.

PAM will handle the rest – PAM will:

  • Automatically process your image or screenshots' content

  • Create calendar events and tasks – just like magic 🪄

Each item will have the PAM logo next to it, making it easy to spot what PAM created. The original image / screenshot content will also be attached to the event or task for reference.

  • A physical wall calendar, kitchen calendar, or family planner

  • School event notices or printed newsletters

  • Wedding invites, birthday invites, or save-the-dates

  • Doctor, dentist or beauty appointment cards

  • Event flyers or posters

  • Handwritten notes

  • PDFs with event or task details

  • Screenshots from Text, Messenger, WhatsApp, School Apps, and more

  1. Photos (JPEG, PNG)

Make life easier by saving your PAM app as a share favourite item.

How to on an iPhone:

  1. Open your Photos app.

  2. Tap the Share icon.

  3. In the App options, scroll to More, then tap Edit.

  4. Find PAM in the list and tap the + to add it to your favourites.

How to on an Android:

  1. Open your Gallery or Photos app.

  2. Tap the Share icon.

  3. Look for the PAM app in the share menu.

  4. Tap and hold PAM, then choose Pin or Add to favourites (depending on your device).

Now, PAM will appear at the top of your share options for quicker access.

Tips for Success

  • Always send from an email linked to your PAM account

  • Keep messages and screenshots clear and focused

  • Allow a few minutes for PAM to process and update your calendar or tasks
