How to manually add an event

Create events directly in the PAM app for yourself or your village.

Need to quickly add a birthday, appointment, or school pickup? You can manually create events right inside the PAM app and assign them to yourself or anyone in your village.


How to add an event

  1. Open your PAM app.

  2. Tap the + icon in the right-hand corner.

  3. Tap Event.

  4. Tap Add someone.

  5. Update the Event details

    Required:

    • Title: What the event is called (e.g. "Parent teacher meeting")

    • Date: The day the event happens

    Optional:

    • Start and end time: When the event begins and ends

    • All day: Toggle on if the event lasts the full day

    • Repeat: Choose if it repeats daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

    • Location: Add where it’s happening (e.g. “Room 4B” or “Dentist on High St.")

  6. Tap Add owner (optional):

    • Select a member to assign the event to

    • Leave it blank to add the event to everyone's calendar

  7. Tap Create event

Where will my event appear?

  • In the Calendar List View and Calendar View

  • If assigned to someone: it appears in their colour

  • If added to everyone: it appears in grey
