Included in our Privacy Policy, you can request to delete your PAM account at any time. This feature is not yet available directly in the app.
To delete your account:
Email us at [email protected]
or Send a message through the Help section in the PAM app.Make sure your request is sent from the account owner’s email (you can check this in the My PAM section of the app).
Our team will ask for a few details to verify your account and identity.
Once confirmed, we’ll delete your account, along with all associated content, within 24 hours.
As per our privacy policy, you can request your account to be deleted at any time. We don't provide the ability to do this in the app at this stage.
