We're adding more schools all the time, but we won't have every school just yet. If yours isn't in the list, you can request it directly from the app, and PAM will take care of it. đ
How to request a school
1. Open Settings in PAM.
2. Tap School calendar.
3. Search for your school. If it's not in the results, tap Can't find your school?
4. Search for your school again on the Request a school screen, and choose it from the list.
5. Check the details look right, then tap Request school.
What happens next
đ Once we've added your school, PAM will connect it to your account, and you don't need to do anything else. Its term dates, teacher-only days, and closures will start appearing in your calendar.
Adding a school can take us a little while, as we set it up to read dates from the school's website accurately.â
Good to know
We can only add schools that publish their term dates online. If your school keeps dates behind a login or parent portal only, we may not be able to bring them in just yet.
If your search came up empty because of a patchy connection, it's worth trying again before requesting, your school may already be there.
Early childhood centres and daycares aren't supported yet, so they won't show up when you search.
The schools you can search are matched to the location on your account, so it's worth checking your household details are up to date if you've recently moved.
