We're adding more schools all the time, but we won't have every school just yet. If yours isn't in the list, you can request it directly from the app, and PAM will take care of it. 💜
How to request a school
1. Open Settings in PAM.
2. Tap School Calendar.
3. Search for your school. If it's not in the results, tap Can't find your school?
4. On the next screen, find your school.
5. Choose your school from the list.
6. Check the details look right, then tap Request school.
You'll see a friendly confirmation, and we'll let you know once it's ready. 🪄
What happens next
📝 Once we've added your school, PAM will automatically connect it to your account, and you don't need to do anything else. Its term dates, teacher-only days, and closures will start appearing in your calendar.
Adding a school can take us a little while, as we set it up to read dates from the school's website accurately.
Good to know
- This feature is in early release, so expect a couple of rough edges. If something doesn't look right, please let us know from the School Calendar screen.
- We can only add schools that publish their term dates online. If your school keeps dates behind a login or parent portal only, we may not be able to bring them in just yet.
